Hi! Anyone else struggling to find a dentist for their kid?? She’s 2 now and can’t find anywhere to take her, she’s never been seen..
her teeth are great but she has a front gap from a lip tie and I’m worried it’s making her speech delayed..
Every time I go onto a dentists website that the nhs website says takes under 18’s, it says they can only take appointments for adults or says to pay £100+ for certain appointments.. but she’s a child.. she’s free?
I’m losing my mind!
My husband goes to a private dentist and they were happy to see our little boy, but not until he was over 2. He was free as they were happy to take on a small number of NHS kids. But I put myself on a waiting list with both my boys and have just gotten an appointment. They are happy to see the kids from a few months so they get used to the building and process. Good luck! Xx
