Morning & bedtime bottle

Anyone’s little one who had dropped down to two bottles, how did you then drop to just the bedtime one? I’d like to get rid of the morning bottle because too much cows milk is making him constipated so if he only has the bedtime one I think it’ll help. Thanks!
