Sore Nipples

I'm not sure about any creams as I haven't had luck with them but padded nursing bras helped me. They kind of a cross between regular and sports and they fit comfortably and helped me with the aching in my boobs my first pregnancy.

Any specific type/shop I should go to or will I find them on Amazon

There's so many options for nipple cream. Idk off the top of my head which one I use. Dont be embarrassed about your nipples mama. Im still nursing my 16m old and im 15 weeks pregnant and definitely notice more nipple soreness now 🙃

I use the same/similar bras that Briana shared.

I'm going to order the bras and continue looking for creams. The bras may help for now. How do you soothe your nipples after breast feeding. There's many options.

@Natha I feel you on that. I'm still breastfeeding my 13 month old and im 14 weeks pregnant and oh my goodness the initial latch on hurts so bad. 😂😂 but if I jump or say ow my baby starts crying. 🤣🫠

@Brianna yes the initial latch and then it usually feels okay. But yeah if I jump or say anything mine laughs 🫠😂

I love the mamacozy bras. I haven't worn a wire bra in like 10 years because they irritate me so much. However, usually when my boobs start hurting more I'll move to my nursing bra.

They are a little pricey but I've tried a ton of different kinds and this by far my favorite.

All sports bras rn. It’s all that fits. Lanolin cream is one of the best. And even if you aren’t leaking, getting a couple of the titty pads for breastfeeding will stop you from feeling the fabric rubbing against you and your nips showing. Some of those companies have cooling pads you can stick in the fridge.
