@Alix that's what I've done, last year she was fine and would sleep in just her nappy but it's a never ending battle trying to get her to sleep without her bag now, I think it's her form of comfort đ„ș got her in her nappy and bag but feel so anxious đą
Same here, 27 degrees and donât know what to do đ„č
Attach frozen ice lollyâs to front of fan and leave it on in her room for couple of hours before she goes up to bed and it should help cool the room down abit xx
We're in the same situation, her room gets sun all afternoon. I open her door once it's dark to get some fresher air in and then shut it before we go to bed so it's not as bad. That's all you can really do we've got her in a 1 tog bag and a nappy too x
I think am air con is fine as long as it isn't blasting cold air onto them and maybe if you either turn it off when you go tonsleep or have it set to turn off when it cools to a certain temp
Literally could have written this post!!! Same set up and only a sky light window meaning I can't open it when she's in bed. Hers is 27, degrees I've just got her in a nappy and a 1 tog sleep sack. I think I'll hunt for some 0.5togs cause like your LO she wouldn't sleep without one. I also worry about her getting thirsty đ„ș
I'd maybe sleep her in just a nappy in the sleeping bag? This is what we did last year when our room was 26-27 degrees! Before you go to bed check the room temp again, and perhaps leave her door open?
