I have a 14 month age gap between mine so it's a little smaller but it's got its ups and downs I'm so happy I have two under two my daughter loves her baby brother but some days are rough but it is so worth it! Being pregnant while taking care of that first baby is definitely an experience though and takes pregnancy tired to a whole different level

I had got pregnant 6 weeks after my first was born. It’s an ideal age gap. People just tell you to wait because it’s sometimes different going through a pregnancy and its symptoms with a toddler. And it can also be a difficult transition once the baby is born since the Toddler won’t really understand how much attention a baby will need, and may feel left out etc. it also can be hard if they aren’t on the same sleep or eating schedules etc. and doctors will tell you not to get pregnant BEFORE 18 months, to give your internal organs time to heal and move back into place properly. But overall there’s nothing wrong with it

I have a 19 month age gap between my girls. My firstborn (2yrs 4m) loves her sister and is always wanting to help out with her and play with her. My second born (8m) loves watching her sister and is seriously focused on her 24/7. The only ā€œhardā€ part is reminding my firstborn that her sister is still young and she needs to be careful around her. Other than that everything has went smoothly. Pregnancy was extra tiring though but I expected it to be like that.

My obgyn said it’s not safe for most people to get pregnant before the year. The chances of something happened to you or the baby are higher. I think it’s something to talk to your doctor about since everyone is different.
