Eczema/Pollen

Has anyone's little ones had a bad eczema flare up on their face due to pollen? My daughter is having a really bad eczema flare up on her face, which she hasn't had before, it's usually on her body. We are at a loss as to what is causing it but we've noticed it calms overnight and then once up in the day it flares up again. He eyes also looks so red and almost puffy. The Dr said it looks like an allergy induced eczema flare up - she has a dairy allergy so we are every carful, she definitely hasn't consumed any dairy and she hasn't had any new foods/detergents etc. so we keep wondering if it could be the pollen?
