Under skin spots on cheek
My daughter get under skin, flat red little spots on her cheeks (not always the same cheek and often only one side at a time) she normally only has a few and they will be there for say half a day, sometimes around a day and then go, but it happens regularly, they don't ever bother her, they don't itch, they aren't angry, just seems odd that it happens fairly often.
Has anyone else had this with their little one before or any idea what it could be if anyone is in the know?
I thought it could be an allergy maybe but that's just a guess.

Mild allergy seems like a possibility. You’d have to do a food diary and track the flare ups to try and narrow it down. Does she sleep on her front much? I find they dribble and then rest their cheeks on it and it can give them a bit of dribble rash. Try putting Vaseline on before she goes to bed to see if it helps.
