Eczema / psoriasis help please

My 1 and half year old has been suffering since about the age of 1. Her dad and his side of the family all struggle with psoriasis but the doctors point blank says no it’s baby eczema, every product that have given us to use and told us to use does not work and it’s getting worse. Does anyone know of any creams which have worked for their little one whether it being for eczema or psoriasis?! I have ordered Salcura Bioskin Junior set which I am just waiting to arrive, so if anyone has tried this please let me know how you got on.
