15hr free childcare

Can anybody help me out. I am currently on the sick from work i have not been back since maternity leave (ongoing stress with employer) is my LO still entitled to 15hrs free childcare?

Yes I believe so. Both maternity and sick are forms of ‘in work’ as in you are still employed, as long as you meet all the other criteria
