I’ve followed the guidelines for tonight I’ll see if he lasts in a short sleeved bodysuit and 1 tog bag 😵💫
I find the recommendations vary slightly as does the temperature throughout the night so you may need to adapt anyway. Mines in long with 1tog, room currently says 23 but I know it'll drop to 19 during the night 🤷♂️
I’d usually put a vest on underneath her pyjamas but I didn’t tonight so we’ll see
We are co sleeping tonight as she doesn’t have anything less than 2tog! Waiting for delivery. So she is just in a sleepsuit and no vest or bag
My room tends to go from 21 the highest to 18 the lowest and my 9 week old goes in a long sleeved vest with a 2.5tog sleepbag. I don't trust our Thermometer though because I always think the room feels cooler. I tend to adapt during the night also so if he's leg feel quite warm I will use a cellular blanket folded up instead of sleepbag x
Last night a sleep suit with no vest underneath and a cellular blanket and tonight a long sleeve vest and a cellular blanket
Our room is 23 at moment instead of our normal 18 so we've just put her in her nappy and a onesie tonight. She's feeding more for thirst so we figured she must be feeling it. We stopped putting her in her sleeping bag a few weeks ago (9 weeks now) as she didn't need it despite what the guidelines say. Normally she'd sleep in a vest plus onesie.
Our little girl loves to be warm and we don’t particularly follow the guidelines as she’s too cold if we follow them, our bedroom is quite warm supposedly 25 degrees and she’s just in long pyjamas with her feet out and a blanket over her legs
