Sleeping bag
Going on holidays and it’s going to be 25/30 degrees not sure what it would be at night but what sort of sleeping bag tog should I take?

I’d take a long sleeve for bed, with the air con it can get chilly
I went between long sleeve and short sleeve vest and recently I got shorts and T-shirt pjs from Tesco which my little one currently sleeping in tonight as it’s warm. When in Spain I didn’t use aircon as I was feared of little one getting sick but the room itself didn’t get too hot. You will know if room is too warm yourself.
0.5 and then adjust the pjs/vest accordingly
I had a 0.5 tog but my little one slept in her vest on holidays. You can judge it by how the room feels.
