And I’m 4months PP now and still at my regular weight
I started to gain weight around 7 months of pregnancy and continued to gain post partum. All I did was eat junk though and sleep horrible. Just had bad habits
If you are trying to gain weight you have to remind yourself to eat. I set timers so I don't forget to eat also increase your calories. If you can, eat and drink lots of dairy. It also will help with milk production later. Some other things are nuts, red meat and honey. I don't think you have to gain weight while pregnant unless you are underweight now. But you do need to make sure you are eating all the nutrients you can for the baby.
I didnt gain any weight except for the weight of baby + placenta. Was back to my prepregnancy weight a week after giving birth once swelling went down
