Moms I need help! And probs TMI. It’s about poop

When my baby was born we gave her Enfamil the yellow can and her poops were yellow, but since she was having reflux we switched her to the purple one. Her poops/farts smelled bad, green, and mucusy. We then switched her to kendamil goat cause she stopped taking the purple one, her poops are still green and mucusy on the rare occasion yellow. Is that normal to be mucusy all the time? The doctors keeps telling me yes. Another issue we’ve run into is she was doing amazing with the kendamil goat, but now she’s having bad episodes with reflux. She is now 5 months
