Me too! But I did get a c section…assuming it’s a little harder? I’m not sure lol

Same. Learned the reason the c section bellies don’t go away is because of scar tissue underneath. Only way to get rid of it is to massage your c section scar with oil to break up the hard tissue! My OB recommended it. Even if ur a few years out it still works

Me too

And I augmented 2 bra sizes. That being said, it’s not like I’m doing anything to lose the weight yet, hahahahha

Me too.. I actually weigh more than what I did when I gave birth lol I started at 99 pre pregnancy then 160 pregnancy now currently 170😂

@Taliah omg yes I was 125 when I got pregnant went up to 165 and I cannot for the life of me drop lower than 150 😭 and it’s all in my belly and thighs and it’s about to be summer 😭😭 trying to appreciate that my body helped me carry a child but like also big sad

I started trying to lose weight in December. I lost about 10 pounds. Then stalled until I started doing intermittent fasting and walking 10k steps a day. I'm down another 12 pounds in a month and a half. I still have a long way to go but it's finally moving and I'm finally feeling hopeful again. My goal is to be back to my normal size by my baby's first birthday. For reference, I do the warrior diet which is a 20-hour fast 4 hours to eat. However some people say you can eat whatever you want for those 4 hours but I dont do that. I cut out sugar and focus mainly on protein. I still count my calories too. I aim for around 1400-1600. It sucks for the first few days but your body adapts really quickly. I'm breastfeeding too and it has not hurt my supply at all.
