Smoking

I did so well with quiting smoking but I've recently started again 😫 does anyone have any tips on how to nip this in the bud before it gets out of hand again? It's only one smoke in the evening when the kids are in bed (sometimes half sometimes a full one) but the guilt is hitting hard lately.

I've heard that replacing a bad habit with a good one helps. Or even something as simple as eating a pice of candy when you have a craving may help (this worked for one of my family members).

Have you tried vaping? I did one hypnotherapy session back in 2005 and stopped smoking from that day. In 2012 after a bad break up, I very stupidly, forced myself to start smoking again 🤦🏽‍♀️ and in 2014 started vaping, and lowered the nicotine content weekly so after 1 month I was just vaping flavours with no nicotine and a month after that, quit vaping too. Not touched a vape or cig for 11 years now.
