Bottom rash

My son has a rash in his butt hole area. It hurts him get wiped or sit down. What’s the fastest way to clear it up ?

Zinc diaper rash cream, best brand I have used is dr smith. I have seen it used since age 11 with my nieces and nephews

Good diaper cream. Sit him in a lukewarm bath for a bit, no soap. Allow to air dry afterwards. Give his diaper some air dry time between changes

Depends on the type of rash - if your LO has been sick recently it could be a fungal type nappy rash - for that we use daktozin which healed up my sons nappy rash decently in about 1.5 days and I mean from screaming/crying/bleeding to almost healed. Outside of that sudocreme, destin or bepanthen. Lots of nappy free time, use a wet face washer and dab gently to clean (wiping will be more painful).
