Does family court take into consideration a father being arrested but not doing time?

I saw he got arrested for having crack on him and attempting to sell it but it just disappeared from webcrims guess they dropped it. But will it still show in their system that he got arrested for that. I def never want my child to be around him unsupervised.

Nope. I've seen worse fathers who were able to get custody. Aslong as he's a willing participant and actively taking you to court for custody they will grant it. If he's not you can always just block him and disappear from his life.

@G. Hes not but not sure if it will always be that way. most likely. Been thinking if I should block him.

Well you don't gotta block him if he's not reaching out, but if it gives you a peace of mind I'd say just change your number & remove your icloud from being an option to get messages from, bc a lot of the times when you change your number you can still receive text messages on your icloud email. Like that you don't look like you're intentionally trying to keep him away if a court case ever does comes to you.
