Sleep a lot.. get lots of it.. INDULGE in it. Once you’re closer to labor with pains and even more when the baby is born you won’t get much of it. 😭

Left some crackers/mini cheddars etc by my bed and id eat a couple first thing in the morning and then if I felt sick during the night I'd have a little nibble but I just kept snacks etc with me at all times and it curbed the nausea You can take paracetamol safely during pregnancy just follow the instructions on how many etc
