tips n tricks

im a ftm and my LO is 2months old. recently ive been feeling like my milk supply has been going low so I have to feed my baby more formula. i have nothing against feeding my baby formula but i prefer to give her more breastmilk. does anyone happen to have any tips on how to increase milk supply?

Domperidone was the only thing that actually worked for me. Have you looked into it?

pump like they’re cluster feeding

also “mothers milk tea” or any tea or supplements with the herbs Fenugreek, moringa, goat’s rue, and shatavari

Power pumping, high protein foods, coconut water, milo, oats and lots of water (like 3lts)

With my daughter I tried supplements called legendairy milk they have really good stuff you can also find them on Amazon!!! I also bought some lactation cookies from milk bliss!! Very delicious and that also help with my milk and the fat content!!! Also staying consistent with pumping. And like some of the mamas said power pumping and drinking lots of water. Always stay hydrated!!
