Eczema and hot weather

Hi all - recently went through the first and absolutely horrific eczema flare up with my 5 month old girl. Didn’t know she had it until it covered her entire body and she’s only just finished hydrocortisone. It was nearly gone but then the weather changed and suddenly it’s very hot and I think it’s starting to retrigger it. Any advice from eczema veteran mums?
