Bodysuits (with poppers under bum)
Hey ladies, we recently had to buy a whole new bunch of clothes for our little guy because he had a bit of a growth spurt. Up until now we've been putting on short sleeve bodysuits (with poppers under the bum) as kind of a base layer. Obviously it's warmer weather here at the moment but I just wondered what everyone else's little ones were wearing? Have you moved towards normal t-shirts and tops (no poppers) or when is kind of a normal age to do that?
My little one hates getting dressed so the poppers are a bit of a faff but also they kinda hold his nappy in place so I dunno just curious about everyone else.

I feel like the popper vests hold their nappies better. My friend is a nanny and did say she would put a vest back on for nap times.
In this weather we use the sleeveless bodysuits, I think we got ours from H&M so he doesn’t get too hot
We have given up the vests. Doing them up after a nappy change was too much. They'll be back when it's cold I'm sure
We use sleeveless popper vests, otherwise she takes off her nappy ☠️
We use both, sometimes a short sleeve vest, sometimes a tshirt … in all honesty it depends what’s clean and comes out the drawer first!

Whilst it’s not too too hot I’ve been using short sleeve vest with poppers and t shirt on top. if it gets any hotter I’ll lose the base layer. Last year I dressed him in vests with shorts but I feel like he’s too old for that now and should be in a proper t shirt 🥹😆. However they are annoying when they ride up when you pick them up 🤷🏼♀️
