Hello 😊 i’m on day 22 of my cycle and my bbt went up to around 36,9c / 98,42f for the last 2 days (instead of the usual 36,7c / 98,06f). From what I read it could be a sign of early pregnancy. Has the same happened to any of you? Thanks!!
If it stays elevated after your period is due then it's a sign of early pregnancy. Until then it's a normal hormonal change and should dip a day or so before menstruation begins
