If able try breast milk / break milk bath! It gets better over time though
Mine looks exactly like this also. Started at 3 weeks and she’s now 5.5 weeks and I’m getting worried it’s not resolving
Might be cradle cap! My baby had the same I massage mineral oil on her scalp before showering and then apply Tubby Todd all over ointment on her face! Working really well so far. Would ask your Dr.!
@Tatiana I didn’t know cradle cap could show up on the face! My first had cradle cap as well

@Danielle i thought my daughter had baby acne too but the Dr told me it’s caused by her cradle cap

@Danielle it looks like my baby and the pediatrician told us it was eczema I would go to the pediatrician to be sure we can’t give you a diagnosis from a picture and we’re not expert If eczema my advice avoid anything containing perfume on your baby skin and only have cotton fabrics for the onesies

Mustella Micellar water has been helping in addition to tubby Todd! Baby acne is common and my son has the same exact thing you have to be diligent and do it morning and night
