Natural miscarriage?

I know this is a sore subject. Especially for me. We had a major problem getting pregnant and then I had my thyroid checked and then we found out it was off I was put on medication 2 weeks later was when I had gotten "pregnant " I say it like that because it was sadly a non embryo pregnancy. Well this month when I got my "period" well now it's going on 2 weeks. The first week seemed to be almost like a normal monthly but not. It seemed weird. But now every time I use the bathroom there is lots of stuff in the toilet and I'm like a brownish reddish color on my pad and when I wipe for the past week. I've not gone through this before. I have taken pictures but this is a big sore subject. But I have been having a lot and a lot of cramping in the past 2 weeks. Should I call my gyno?
