Pros and cons in shared ownership house
What are the pros and cons in a shared ownership deal? Husband and I are trying to buy a house.

I’m unsure first hand because we haven’t sold yet but my SIL did the same and had no issues selling her home , shared ownerships properties and far & few so I think pick snap them up
Look at service charge and ground rent as well as fire safety
We had to go for shared ownership due to house prices in our area, we’ve not had any trouble and it’ll set us up nicely with a Deposit for house no.2 x
