Favorite Fairy Tale books?

What are your favorite books for reading classic fairy tales to your kids? My 3.5 year old is really into books and lately she's been asking us to tell her stories without books. My imagination is rusty so I've been trying to tell her some fairy tales (this morning I attempted Little Red Riding Hood, Hansel and Gretl, and Jack and the Beanstalk) but my memory is foggy and I also want to keep them age appropriate. Ideally they would have happy or ambiguous endings. We have one board book with the Three Little Pigs and Goldilocks and honestly I've always thought these particular versions are not that exciting. Our girl will sit through lengthy books gladly as long as there are pictures, so it could be meant for older kids and she would probably love it. Thanks!
