Short LH surge ( please read and tell your story )

So i have started doing ovulation tests, first time since ttc for my first. I have had a really short LH surge. Does anyone have this? Or had this? We did baby dance the day of the surge so hoping we caught it but took awhile with our first and ended up having ivf. Hoping baby number 2 comes naturally 🤞🏻 I have started taking some conception tablets too! 🤍

My natural cycles app overtime worked out I had a lh surge within 12 hrs , fell pregnant after a few months trying with baby 2 x

Dont worry about getting peak, waiting to BD for when you get a positive LH strip hinders you so much. You just need to know your fertile window, thats up to 5 days before you normally ovulate and one day after. You are actually more fertile and have a higher chance on conception if you have sex the days before you ovulate. So see the pattern of what cycle day you usually ovulate, look out for symptoms your body gives (higher sex drive, CM etc) and get to know your whole fertile window

What do you mean short? Do you have a photo? It’s called rapid surge, and is normal. That’s why it’s advised to test twice a day nearing the predicted ovulation day, so you won’t miss it. Mine is usually happens within 12-24 hrs. Levels slightly creeping up the day before, then have my peak, and it’s getting lower the day after. It’s more gradual that way, but still happens pretty fast. Some people get high results even after days after their peak was found.
