Staying Hydrated

Okay mama's it's almost summertime, and between our L.O. and the summer heat. How do you guys stay hydrated? My little one and I got matching Stanley cups and many recipes for infused water and smoothies. How do you guys stay hydrated in the heat?

I have a waterbottle that keeps my ice in it until the next day so my water stays cold. Def helps with staying hydrated bc I like cold water over room temp lol

Super insulated water bottle, a little lemon juice for flavor, and a reminder every few hours (because ADHD). I also pull out some liquidIV on real gross days.

@Ashley i have a few insulated water bottles as of well and I want to try different brands and flavor waters, what kind of water bottle do you have?

@Angela I use a Stanley knockoff that my work sent me, not sure what brand it is. Before that I used a half gallon Hydrocell and loved how cold my water was all day
