Spots

Could anyone tell me what kind of spots/rash this could be? Only noticed the two last night but this morning she had one behind her ear which popped once lightly touched. I tried to Google it but couldn't get a clear answer. Will be taking her to GP when they open but just want to see if anyone had the same before. She doesn't have any fever or seems more tired than usual. Doesn't seem to look like chicken pox as I've only noticed 4 so far. They look like little blisters. They don't seem to bother her too much although the ear one itches when it popped.
