Best baby wash for eczema / very sensitive dry skin

Hi! I have extremely sensitive skin on hands which dries out very quickly. I have a currently flare up and bathing the baby is painful for me as my skin is already cracked and open. Can anyone recommend a suitable bath product I can use which I can may be suited to, as well as ensuring I’m not drying out baby’s skin.

Have you tried infacare? My daughter had terrible eczema when she was a baby and everything used to irritate her she had a prescription baby wash but it stunk and left her smelling greasy and nothing like a newborn and someone recommended infacare to me. It was the only one that seemed to agree with her x

Child's farm unscented baby products or aveeno products only things that have never irritated me or my kids both in boots. It also helps me to put vaseline on my hands before as a barrier on my sore bits and don't bath everyday dries out the skin and not needed. Some good moisturiser on straight after that.
