Braxton hicks or early labour contractions

How do you know the difference? I've been having them about 10 minutes apart for the last hour or so. They are very mild and in my front and my back. I would say they are like 1/10 on pain scale but slightly taking my breath away. My first born I was induced with balloon and soon after had very very mild regular contractions which I remember feeling like this. A few hours later they ramped up after the balloon fell out. Then they were ALL in my back and vvv painful.
