Help I need somewhere new to live
Hey girlies. So It’s been a minute since I posted on here last but I need help finding a 1 bed property in the croydon borough. It needs to be DSS friendly and the council said theyll cover deposit and rent advance. I was meant to go back to work yesterday but was laid off 2 weeks ago during Mat Leave. And i know ppl are gonna say fight it ect but genuinely my work has made it insufferable even back when I was pregnant and honestly I just want to move on and away bc them and their loopholes have tired me. But its making moving hard as I dont know any landlords and agencies wont even consider my applications.

@Zara been using them but they want passive income from a part time 🥲 or a guarantor who earns 60k annually 😭 which i definitely dont have
I literally called every single landlord and estate agent on right move and zoopla until someone said yes. It took me about eight weeks to find one. Ushers estate agent in Sutton borough are generally cheaper and accepted housing benefit but didn't have any properties when I was looking

open rent i know it can be sooooo annoying but eventually i did find someone on there! i’ve found my last 2 properties through there it really is hit or miss i just bombarded everyone with messages! x

Open rent and has an option to chose a accept DSS income filter which will bring up flats that accept that, I hope this helps x
