Second pregnancy
Hi all!
My first was born 33+1 spontaneous vaginal unmedicated delivery
I am currently 36+5 with second baby and was wondering if there’s anyone on here who had a prem baby a then a full term one?
My midwife just told me that the labour will be way more difficult and painful this time round and I’m just freaking out now…

I had a 24wkr who's now 3yrs old, then last January I had my daughter at 39wks.... Although at 21wks I had a stitch put in as they could see my cervix opening..... that was removed at 37wks.... That being said it was my first on set natural labour as my previous births I was induced ..... I had no pain relief and overall it was the best delivery out of the 3 and the easier recovery...I'm not sure why your midwife said what she said x
Your midwife should shh. I had a 28 weeker by emergency c section and then a 37+3 baby. Second labour was fine and vbac which went great. I recommend hypnobirthing I learnt a lot about the science behind labour which really helped for breathing through contractions
