I joined this group like a month ago and been keeping an eye on it. It seems like there arent many active poly moms on here...Please comment if you are here and paying attention and In a tirad, throuple, married with a unicorn, have an open marriage, etc... Im new to the whole thing and need advice.

@Stormi Do you have experience having a third after being married first? Im really looking for advice from women who are in it now or have been in it. I have talked to women who are hoping for a third or looking for a third. I really am more looking for someone to talk to who is 100% in the lifestyle, been doing it for a while.

I’ve been poly for 6+ years, I can try to give advice, although my situation is a little different than what you’re describing. I have more of a hinge type style

I am married and we are both happily polyam but we date separately. There's a lot of pretty problematic traps you can accidentally fall into 'looking for a 3rd' - I'd try googling up a few articles about the issues with unicorn hunting to try and avoid some common mistakes (and potential heartbreaks!)

@Q My problem is that my dumbass let the woman my husband cheated on me with become our unicorn. We were never open or poly before. Now we are already in the mess, lol the mess is happening. I know it started all wrong. My husband and I are very happy, but its hard for me to let go of some things. I need someone who shares their partner to hear my story and tell me if I should try to keep my situation going, or try to stop it, or just change it.
