Feel free to message me if you have more in depth questions!🩵 my daughter was born at 31 weeks so we’ve been through the ringer over here😅🤪
@Heather aww I’m glad it all worked out!! Did she get a helmet?
@Noelle she did not! We went back for the reevaluation & they were no longer concerned. They stressed the importance of keeping her off her back & I think it gave me raging mom anxiety to make it better.
Hi! I went through this with my *now* 10 month old! She was diagnosed with torticollis at 3 months old and we were given 6 weeks to correct it. We increased tummy time and did nighttime sidelying on the opposite side! If he can roll, you can also place him on his stomach with his head the opposite way as his preferred. The BEST thing you can do — is keep him off his back! Even if that means you have to hold him/put him in a container where his head isn’t touching, sit on the floor to ensure he stays on his belly, and minimize car seat use as much as possible. We still have a slight flat spot, but it’s SO much better than what it was.
