Milk bags (Canada)

Has anybody who didn't grow up knowing them ever gotten used to bagged milk? It's driving me crazy!! So inconvenient! 😄

We don't have them out in western Canada

They suck but they’re cheaper

What do you find inconvenient about it? You can buy 2L cartons instead if you hate them that much.

@Genevieve because it's so hard to fill them into a container trying not to spill any milk, they're just super inconvenient to handle.. if it wasn't more expensive I'd definitely buy the cartons.

Things annoying about it: -arguing about refilling the milk and the etiquette surrounding only leaving a small bit in the bag - cut hole too big or too small someone always complains - if you forget to slam the milk container on the counter with the bag in it often doesn’t sit right and can fall out

@Rachel no I do not 🤣 but doesn't the bag stay open in it? I'm imagining it pretty messy... idk I think you just need to be born with it lol

yeah it's not messy at all when you do it right 😂

If you don’t have the plastic milk jug ……. What are you DOING with the milk bag? Like putting it into a jug? Tin foiling the bag? Help

Alright thanks for the insight 😄💝

Enjoy 😀

We forgot to buy milk today , oh well tomorrow 😂

I don’t know why but growing up we’d clip both corners? 😄. No idea why- maybe helped with spilling?

@Jennie growing up we also cut both corners for air flow and less spillage.
