Help

My son has recently been diagnosed with eczema. His pediatrician says it’s due to him developing an allergy to pollen. I’m not sure if this is eczema or just heat bumps. Nothing so far has helped to relive the itchiness he feels. Please drop some suggestions below, and also if it looks more like heat bumps and not an eczema break out this time.

Try Eucerin or Aquaphor. Eucerin is more affordable for us. My daughter and I have eczema and it really starts to bother her in the spring and winter time. Her skin dries out and she gets these on her bum, inner thighs, back and arms. We do oatmeal baths and use Eucerin a couple times a day and it relieves her itches and the present of hives.

Thank you so much, ironically hubby just picked Eucerin up yesterday. Are the oatmeal baths to help with moisture to the skin?

Yes it does wonders to help coat the skin so it’s not dry and itchy

I have eczema, tried every cream possible, nothing stops the itching but e45 do an itch cream that’s pretty soothing, I put it in the fridge. Also epaderm does an amazing job at repairing the skin after it’s been scratched at xx

@Megan thank you so much. I’ll look into it, how long after using that do you see results?

Few days?! I use it 2-3 times a day it’s almost like a second skin. When I scratch it’s mostly cream im scratching instead of my skin. It’s epaderm ointment, they do a cream but the ointment is like a wax it’s great xx
