I wish I didn’t get obsessed with sleep tracker apps, leaps, regressions, rigid routines and all this stuff you see on social media. When we started to go with the flow and learnt what our baby needed (and they’re all so different) it became so much easier! Also I personally think babies don’t need to learn to ‘self soothe’ or fall asleep on their own to sleep well. You’ll smash it! X

Night 2 is wild… chances are you’ll be awake all night but it gets better 🥰 days 3/5 hormones - also wild. You might cry all day and not really know why xxx
