https://babycaretens.com this is the one Iāve hired 6weeks for Ā£28 I think. I figure itās worth giving it a try even if it only makes a smudge of a difference and keeps me home longer
Got a TENS Maternity one in Boots pretty hard to find but I'm hoping this helps me in my labour
I used mine in my last labour and have packed it for this one too. I bought the boots own one (think it was Ā£30) and I just bought new pads for this time. Highly recommend it! Particularly as I was induced last time so it definitely helped with the pain - I also only had gas & air last time alongside the machine, so definitely worth a try šš¼ā¤ļø
I just bought the boots one online. Iām overdue with first baby so havenāt used it yet. Would you ladies mind sharing a little more about when did you decide to put it on so that itās most effective? Also did you need to change the pads they come with or one set is enough for the entire duration of your labour? Thanks!
I used one for a couple hours during the first stage at labour. Once the contractions got more regular I found it didnāt help at all. I hired one from Babycare Tens. It was under Ā£30 for a 6 week hire you just return it after usešš
I used a tens machine throughout the whole 22hours of my labour and I highly recommendšš¼ was such a big help for me and deffo worked wonders!! I ended up renting one online, I think I paid Ā£24 and you get to rent it for 6 weeks! Deffo recommendšš¼
