Carpet burns on knees
My LO’s knees are red raw from crawling on the carpet 😢. We have playmats in the living room and her nursery but she is constantly crawling around going off the mats and her poor knees look so sore. It’s too hot in the house to have her in long clothing so not sure what I can do, has anyone got any ideas please?

You can get knee covers whi h ar emesh but have padding on the knees I've seen work for some my LO usually just pulls them off though so we gave up and just put her in legging and a short top or when I short keep her situated in an are where there is only play mats

We put nappy cream on her knees at night while she sleeps, seems to help
