Egypt. I would go again. What did you like the most about Istanbul?
When did you visit? X
Lapland, Finland. Seeing the Northern Lights over a winter landscape was unforgettable!
I’ve loved Portugal and Brazil. We traveled both those countries extensively for a month with my husband and baby. My husband wants to take a trip to Turkey in the future !
Anywhere in Greece, Alaska, and Japan. For us, Turkey was one of our least favorite trips.
@Samira I love Instabul 🙌🏾
@Marlene Egypt is definitely on my list! Istanbul was such a vibe the food, the architecture, and the call to prayer echoing through the city just gave it this peaceful yet powerful energy. What was your favorite part of Egypt?
@Samira summer 2024
@JL That sounds absolutely magical! Lapland is definitely a dream destination for me. Was it as cold as it looks in the pictures? I bet seeing the Northern Lights in person felt surreal!
@Jadie That sounds like such an amazing adventure! Portugal and Brazil are both on my travel list. And yesss Turkey is definitely worth the trip! The culture, food, and views are incredible. I think you all would love it!
@Monica That’s fair every experience is different! I’ve heard amazing things about Greece, Alaska, and Japan too. What made Turkey less enjoyable for you?
Yeah! The Portuguese love love love babies! So it was nice traveling as a little family. People almost worship you id say.
I’ve heard the same about Italy, however, Portugal and Brazil were not as tourist and it made it easier for us to get around and see everything we wanted
It was 3x more expensive than we expected because tourism increased drastically. Istanbul was a weird mix of European and middle eastern - it was hard to get a sense of their culture. The beaches and playgrounds were littered with cigarette butts. The drivers were awful and crazy. There are far nicer places to visit than Turkey.

@Lashondra thanks for sharing. Omg, just the history and the people were so nice. Everything was so fascinating. We hired a tour company and we went everywhere.
I also absolutely loved the Maldives and Gili Islands as no cars on the islands - the night sky was beautiful 🤩
Do you all book your own travel? I joined a travel platform that lets me earn back and save on every single trip I book now! I only joined last year but now wonder imagine I knew about it sooner 🤣😂
I’ve been to Greece and Japan as well. They were good experiences, however, the times we went were sooo hot! Japan was trickier to navigate because no English anywhere. Greece.. I didn’t find the people as friendly.
Greece was very budget friendly though and I liked that. If I went again I would pick a cooler time of year.
@Samira I book my own but I would love to join an agency because I travel so much.
@Jadie oh no! I have them on my bucket list.
@Lashondra drop me a message I’ll give you some info +447851164848 xx
Patagonia and Canadian Rockies (Banff, Jasper)!
Tanzania! We did a safari and saw the great wildebeest migration -- the most amazing thing I've ever seen. People were so friendly. Zanzibar was beautiful.
@Robin omg no wayyyy how insane!! This is HIGH on my bucket list, I’d love to see the great wildebeest migration! 😍😍😍
Venice, Prague, Lisbon
Every place is so different but Istanbul holds part of my heart! 😍😍😍 I’ve been there multiple times!
