Best nightwear for labour

I don’t remember having any bottoms on most of the time. Then I went in the water and came out and had the hospital gown on after to continue birth in another room

I’m going to get some oversized night shirts like the ones they do in primark which are basically very light shirt dresses. A few people have recommended them to me x

@Gemma thank you a have a look about tomorrow see what a can find think worst case hospital can give you a goan to wear but a would rather not unless a really need too x

When i was in labour with my first I just wore a nighty so I could be checked easy but when I got to pushing i got so hot I ended up stripping and just had a bra on

I gave birth last time in a bralet. You probably won’t want much in August 😆

@Vickie I gave birth in a bralet at the end of November, those rooms are so hot! 😅

Would be worth checking with your midwife what your hospital do as with my 1st had to wear hospital gown

Night dress !! I had one with my first so easy to check how dialated . I definitely doing it again with my second xx

I laboured in a feeding bra and my socks 😂 I don’t like my feet being bare 🙈
