Hello ! Has anyone in carbon county gone (specifically Jim Thorpe office) through child support ? I’m taking my oldest father for child support and I need help , if you did can anyone give advice on what the process is and if I need to bring anything with me ?

Thank you!! And yeah mine is in person . On the 4th next month at the Jim Thorpe location And I do have a custody order . I just got my son back from his father in March so I have primary and he only gets every other weekend .
I did all online. Was a phone mediation then. Never actually went anywhere. This was 3 years ago, so it might have changed. Go onto domestics website and see what you have to do. I assume you already have a custody order from the court. I'm not sure it's necessary, but it should help to determine how monetary responsibility is split.
