Tongue tie n reflux
Those of you that use mam bottles with anti reflux milk… which size teat to you use?
I’m going crazy keep ordering different flows and bottles. My daughter gulps so quick during feeds and finishes fast but when I take the bottle out 2-3 times during feeds she screams her head off and hates being burped. There’s also clicking noises when she feeds and when she has a dummy she can’t keep it in or when she does she makes strange sad type noises.
I find this really distressing and the gp suspects tongue tie and so do I but the gp said she doesn’t want to diagnose this herself??? I need a peadatricians help… can she get referred by a health visitor?! Please can someone kindly advise I’m so worried

Your health visitor can refer for tongue tie. I think it took us about 3/4 weeks from referral to procedure x
My son was tied and we got referred in the hospital but it was a 2 week wait so we went private with a lady in Farnham. It was definitely worth the money and he now feeds really well

Absolutely agree with going private for tongue tie, best thing we did for my little one ❤️
Tongue tie go private, I did with my boy and I don't remember it being that much money, the lady came over had a look and quickly cut it, was over so quickly. If you go through nhs you'll be waiting ages so I'd definitely recommend doing that. When my boy had carabel to thicken milk I used the X Mam teats, hope this helps, feel free to message me x
