I definitely wouldnât panic at all but check with midwife or Dr about when to take next dose
Iâve been on blood thinning injections for 3 years. If youâre more than a couple of hours late, Iâve always been told to forget about it and take the next dose on time. How often are you having injections? Once or twice daily? X

I wouldn't stress about it. Have your injection now and just have it a little later than usual tonight or change to morning injections đ
