I’d end the diapers and move to underwear only. I know that’s not ideal, but it will get to the point that the comfort of the diaper will be gone. I also gave my son a prebiotic/probiotic to support healthy gut health and that seemed to help withholding. We did experience something similar for about a month. I also bought books specifically about pooping in the potty… and that’s all we read. I also got on teacher pay teachers and printed visuals of poop in the potty and hung those up in our bathroom!
👋😉 Hi! Came to say the same thing! 😉👍Helpful POO specific Potty Training Books to encourage & educate your toddler!! 💜 Yes! Make a Potty Training Treasure Box!! https://amzn.to/4eE0E08 Fill it with poo poo prizes and tinkle treats! 💡Idea: Fill an inexpensive little box or basket with toys, treats and treasures that you know your toddler-in-training will want to earn and work for. Something very special and specific only for the potty successes! I always just use a small plastic bin or tupperware/rubbermaid container with a lid. It stays right next to the potty or toilet at ALL times! This will serve as a visual cue for your toddler and they will associate those special treasure with toileting. ⭐ For more helpful tips and ideas, just click the link below to watch my potty training videos! Yes! I also had a treasure box! Several of the books that Ms Jen suggested were the ones I used!
My son did that and the only thing that worked was having a little prize been (I'm not talking expensive stuff ! But I got little toys he liked like hot wheels, dollar store toys, trips to the park, or picnic outsode.) And also i would put his tablet in there and have him sit and watch tv or I would go in there and just chit chat with him so he relaxes.
