Antenatal classes in Cardiff
Does anyone have any experience of antenatal classes in Cardiff? Any that they would recommend for first time mums? I am medically trained so not worried about medical stuff but more how to get through child birth/ breastfeeding etc

Thanks Fran, that’s super helpful. There’s a few to choose from and I’m at hard to know what’s the right choice.
We did NCT in Cardiff with our first. Pricey but worth it for a lovely network of mum friends. It was helpful for talking about birth/learning more about the Heath and there was a full session devoted to breastfeeding with the specialist also being available over WhatsApp whenever you needed her
