I went through the same thing. Baby boy just turned 1. He was up through the night every two hours even though we had a strict routine. The only thing that helped me was I added more sensory things during the day to help him feel tired by bed time and there wasn’t a fight. We would finish dinner at 5:30pm, go for a walk play at the park, be back by 6:20, take a bath, a little play time, read a book, then start to turn off the lights say goodnight and I would sing to him, rock for a min or two and layed him down to sleep. Stay strong, everything is temporary
It's just a sleep regression, it happens as they grow and at different stages, what does bedtime look like for you? What's your routine like for that?
