@Lovely thank you sm definitely going to try it out !
Coconut oil really seemed to help for us!
I use to lather my kids hair in vaseline, sit give a good massage for a while then brush/comb it out, then straight into the bath. Within less that 2 weeks gone. Used it on 2/3 kids but not everything is for everyone.
We just left it alone and it went away in its own good time.
@Maeve we did try to leave it alone then he started getting super dry on his forehead and eyebrows and started scratching himself
@Anita i usually do that after the bath i should definitely do it before so i can sit
I use a sponge to lather his head with water then use baby oil and a soft brush in circles then shampoo that helped me hasn’t come back since
Baby oil let it soak then give a bath with some breast milk if you have any and get a cradle cap sponge and gently massage out the cradle cap ill post a pic of the sponge below! Helped our first who had bad cradle cap
I used this brush and Aveeno Baby Daily Care Hair and Body Wash for my baby, then coconut oil to massage .It worked so well
CC is indicative of internal gut imbalance. You might like to try improve it with probiotics. My son’s went away when we did this and stopped dairy. Be careful leaving oil on the scalp as this can feed the Malassezia yeast that causes CC, so wash it off properly, or just use water (we just left a wet cloth on his head for a few mins to soften the flakes and brushed with one of those silicone brushes). If your baby’s cradle cap is severe, it won’t just go away if you leave it alone.
I used kokosa oil and gently brush it with little comb then to wash my little one's hair I used weleda body and shampoo. It worked for my bubba. Hope your little one is okay ❤️
