Lip tie?

Anyone who’s experienced a little one with lip tie would you say this is? We’ve noticed a change in how he takes his bottles, he sick so much, omeprazole isn’t helping, he’s so refluxy and sleeps rubbish! Called the health visitor for advice and they’re getting someone to call me back next week but just wanting some advice from anyone who’s been through it? Thanks mamas x
